Concrete capability record

Data, retrieval, actions, identity, and operating limits

A field-by-field summary of what the reviewed first-party references actually support. Publisher update dates and BYO-UI review dates are shown separately below.

01 · Records and state owned

Sites, courses, products, offers, contacts, forms, landing pages, blog posts, email broadcasts and sequences, coaching products, themes, tags, segments, purchases, and access records.

02 · Data you can retrieve

List and inspect sites, content and themes; search contacts and products; read orders, purchases, product access, form submissions, and broadcast or sequence engagement statistics.

03 · Actions and write paths

Create or edit draft blogs, courses, coaching products, offers, landing pages, broadcasts, sequences and forms; update theme content, which can change published pages immediately.

04 · Authentication and permissions

Browser OAuth uses the currently signed-in Kajabi account. Tools operate on sites that user can access, and most calls require an explicit site ID.

05 · Monitoring, approval, and recovery

Content creation remains draft-first and is finalized in Kajabi admin. Treat theme updates separately because they have no draft layer and can alter published pages immediately.

06 · Limits and caveats

The MCP cannot publish content, act for customers, process payments, send email blasts, or change account settings. Draft content must be finalized in Kajabi admin.

MCP support

Official MCP serverKajabi hosted MCPCurrent documented service

Support: Official MCP server

Read scope: Expose site-scoped creator content, commerce, contacts, orders, purchases, access, submissions, and email engagement while preserving object status, audience filters, and site identity.

Write scope: Allow documented draft creation and edits for content, products, offers, forms and email assets; isolate theme updates as immediate live-page changes and exclude publishing or sending.

Authentication: OAuth against the currently signed-in Kajabi account

Approval boundary: Review draft content, pricing, audience filters, structure and scheduling in Kajabi admin; require confirmation before every theme update because published pages can change immediately.

Protocol does not erase product boundaries.

Confirm the current tool catalog, plan, region, scopes, rate limits, terms, and write behavior before implementation.

What customers could create on top.

The output could be an export, report, graph, artifact, application, agent, workflow, or downstream feed. These proposals are derived from documented access—not claims that Kajabi ships them.

First-party references, with publisher and review dates separated

“Publisher updated” is shown only when the page exposes an update date. “BYO-UI reviewed” records when this research checked the reference. A missing publisher date is reported as missing—not replaced with the review date.
