Write scope: Start image or video generation, video editing, and video upscaling tasks, or cancel and delete task records through the official local server.

Authentication: A locally configured `RUNWAYML_API_SECRET` authenticates the server to the Runway API; the key belongs to the organization and must be disabled separately when access changes.

Approval boundary: Require explicit confirmation before credit-consuming generation, edits, or upscales and before cancellation or deletion; show input assets, intended model operation, estimated cost, and output handling.

Protocol does not erase product boundaries.
